§ 32.02 APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   Town Marshal Police Reserve officer(s) will be appointed by the Town Council from recommendations of the Town Marshal.
   (B)   No person shall be appointed until an State Law Enforcement Training Board (LETB) approved course is completed.
   (C)   No person shall be appointed until a six-month probationary period is served satisfactorily and is recommended for the appointment by the Town Marshal.
