All mobile homes placed on lots other than in a mobile home court shall conform to the following restrictions:
(1) Shall have at least 900 square feet of occupied space and manufactured after January, 1981;
(2) Shall be placed on a permanent under-floor foundation (see Figure 5);
(3) The home shall be covered with an exterior material customarily used on site building residential dwellings, and such material shall extend over the top of the foundation;
(4) The home shall have a roof composed of a material customarily used on site built residential dwelling, such as fiberglass, asphalt or tile, which shall be installed onto a surface appropriately pitched for the materials used;
(5) The home shall be securely anchored which shall consist of a minimum of eight tie-downs;
(6) Shall have wheels removed and tow-in-hitch shall be skirted or removed;
(7) Shall meet the same setbacks requirements as other residential uses within that district; and
(8) Any one adversely affected by these conditions may appeal to the Board of Zoning Appeals through the proper procedure as outlined in § 2-10-1 of this ordinance.
