2-12-9 SETBACKS, FENCES AND HEDGES.
   Fences and hedges shall be at least 18 inches from sidewalks and alley, and all gates shall swing inward. It is recommended that fences be erected at least one inch inside the side property line and post be placed inside toward the property.
