At the intersection of a corner lot, the triangular space determined by two lot lines at the corner and by a diagonal line connecting the two points on those lines that are 15 feet respectively from the corner shall be free of any obstruction to vision between the height of three feet to eight feet above the established grade (see Figure 2).
