   DESCRIPTION OF TOWN OF BUNKER HILL ZONING JURISDICTION
   Beginning in the southwest corner of Section 6, Township 25 North, Range 4 East, said beginning being the center of the intersection of U.S. Highway 31 and County Road 900 South; thence east along the centerline of County Road 900 South to the intersection of Strawtown Pike; thence north along the centerline of Strawtown Pike to the junction of 600 South, said junction being the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of Section 27, Township 26 North, Range 4 East; thence west along said 600 south boundary line and/or County Road 600 South centerline to the junction of U.S. Highway 31; thence south on the centerline of U.S. Highway 31 to the junction of County Road 900 south; being the point of beginning.
ENFORCEMENT
   It is the intent of this ordinance that all questions of enforcement shall be first presented to the Building Commissioner, and that such question shall be presented to the Board only on appeal from the decision of the Building Commissioner, and that recourse from the decision of the Board shall be to the Courts as provided by law. Nothing in this ordinance shall prevent any official of the town from appealing a decision of the Board to the courts as provided in state law. Any such appeal shall be made within 30 days of the Board’s written decision.
