1-7-2 ORGANIZATION.
   (A)   At the first meeting each calendar year, the Commission shall elect from its members a President, Vice President and may appoint or hire a secretary. The secretary is not required to be a member of the Board.
   (B)   Meetings shall be conducted pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-1 et seq. (Open Door Law).
   (C)   Meetings shall be held monthly and special meetings may only be called by the President or 50% of the membership.
