§ 31.03 TOWN ATTORNEY.
   The Town Attorney is the legal advisor of the town who represents the town in legal proceedings and serves at the pleasure of the Council. There is no statute governing the responsibilities of the Town Attorney, who represents the town in much the same manner as an attorney does any other client.
