1-1 PLAN UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
   The purpose of this ordinance is to provide for regulations regarding uses of land. A Plan Unit Development shall be considered a Zoning District. This ordinance shall be in conformance with I.C. 36-7-4-1500 series effective January 1, 1996.
