§ 151.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY. The Building Commissioner for the town.
   EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT. The Town Council, which is authorized by this chapter to administer the provisions of this chapter.
   HEARING AUTHORITY. The Town Council or whomever it may designate under the authority of I.C. 36-7-9-2. The HEARING AUTHORITY shall perform those functions specified by state statute.
   SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY INTEREST. As defined in I.C. 36-7-9-2.
