§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violated any of the provisions of § 130.01 shall be guilty of an infraction and shall, upon the first conviction, be fined in any amount not less than $100, nor more than $500 per violation. Upon a second conviction under § 130.01, a person shall be fined in any amount not less than $500, nor more than $1,000 per violation. Upon a third conviction, or any number thereafter, under § 130.01, a person shall be fined in any amount not less than $1,000 nor more than $2,500 per violation.
   (C)   Any person who violated any of the provisions of § 130.02 shall be guilty of an infraction and shall, upon the first conviction, be fined in any amount not less than $100, nor more than $500 per violation. Upon a second conviction under § 130.02, a person shall be fined in any amount not less than $500, nor more than $1,000 per violation. Upon a third conviction, or any number thereafter, under § 130.02, a person shall be fined in any amount not less than $1,000 nor more than $2,500 per violation.
