§ 131.02 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   NUDITY. The showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area or buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering; the showing of the female breast with less than a fully, opaque covering of any part of the nipple; or the showing of covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state.

   PEEP. Any looking of a clandestine, surreptitious, prying or secretive nature.

   PUBLIC NUDITY. The showing, in public, of the human male or female genitals, pubic area or buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering; the showing of the female breast with less than a fully, opaque covering of any part of the nipple; or the showing of covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state.
