(A) Residents. Tree and brush trimmings that are generated by individual residents, on their own property, by their own hand, within the corporate limits of the town and placed along the street or alley adjoining their property shall be picked up and disposed of by the town workers at a time and date set forth by the Council President and subject to change to meet the requirements of keeping the town looking clean and kept.
(B) Contracted services. Residents who contract to have their trees and/or brush cut or trimmed by another individual company or professional tree service shall have all trimmings removed and disposed of by the contracted party. Neither the pickup, removal or disposal of said trimmings shall be the responsibility of the town, nor shall the use of the town’s disposal facilities or equipment be made available to said contractors.
