(A) If the landowner fails to cut and/or remove such grass, weeds and/or rank vegetation within the prescribed ten-day period, the Town Council may order and cause such vegetation to be cut and removed from the property.
(B) It shall be a violation to rake or deposit leaves, grass clippings, debris and snow into swales that were designed by stormwater control. This is a violation due to the fact that these items cause drains to plug up and create damage to property due to diversion. If property owners wish to bag leaves/grass clippings in biodegradable bags, the Town Foreperson will pick them up on the first and third Tuesday of each month (weather permitting).
