(A) Any occupant and/or owner of real estate in the town who is observed violating § 94.02 shall be issued a written notice by certified mail directing such owner and/or occupant to cut and/or to remove, within the period of ten days from the date of the notice, said grass, weeds and/or other rank vegetation.
(B) The notice of violation of this chapter shall be sent by certified mail to the landowner and will
be addressed to his or her last known address, or to the landowner’s address that appears on the tax records of the County Treasurer.
