§ 94.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   WEEDS and RANK VEGETATION. Vegetation that is strong and vigorous and usually coarse in growth. This will be uncultivated vegetation and will be growing without control or restriction.
