§ 93.25 COMPOSITION.
   I.C. 36-10-3-4 requires a Park Board consist of four members, appointed by the Town Council under the following requirements.
   (A)   Members are appointed on the basis of their interest and knowledge in parks and recreation.
   (B)   No more than two members may be of the same political party.
