§ 91.45 ANIMALS PROHIBITED IN TOWN LIMITS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain cows, swine, chickens, horses, sheep, goats or ducks within the limits of the town in any area consisting of less than three acres, except in an agricultural district. This section shall not apply to the maintenance of no more than three female chickens in the backyard of any lot located within a non-agricultural area of the town. This exception shall not apply to roosters, which may only be kept within the town’s corporate limits in an agricultural AG-1 primary zoning district.
