SCHEDULE II. SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   Twenty-five mph, generally. Speed limits on all streets shall be 25 mph except Bennoville Street and Park Drive.
   (B)   Limited to ten mph.
      (1)   Speed limits on Bennoville Street and Park Drive shall be ten mph.
      (2)   Speed limits in all alleys will be ten mph.
