All parking on streets within the town limits will be in accordance with I.C. 9-21-16-7, which states: a vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway where there is an adjacent curb shall be stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of the vehicle parallel with and within 12 inches of the right-hand curb. Angle parking or straight-in parking will be permitted under this chapter only in private or public parking lots located within the town limits.
