§ 71.04 SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES.
   East Broadway, between Elm Street and Railroad Street, is designated a snow emergency route. Parking is prohibited during a snow emergency. A snow emergency will be declared anytime overnight snow is forecast in amounts of two inches or more. Vehicles in violation of this section will be towed at the owner’s expense.
