§ 71.03 PLACING OF SNOW IN STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   The placing of snow in streets or alleys by means of plows, snow blowers, shovels or any other means is a safety hazard and is prohibited. Violators of this section will be ticketed and fined in accordance with amounts set forth in Chapter 35.
