§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 50.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person found guilty of violating §§ 53.01 or 53.02 shall be subject to a fine of $50 for the first offense, $75 for a second offense and $100 for every offense thereafter.
      (2)   Each deposit of garbage or rubbish shall be construed as a separate offense.
