(A) Terms and conditions of trash pick up are to be in accordance with the agreement attached hereto and made part of this chapter.
(B) Any resident, business or apartment wishing to have an additional trash tote will pay an additional $6.50 per month.
(C) The town shall charge each resident and non-outside contract business the amount of $12.75 per month for the removal, collection and disposal of solid waste from each residence, each resident within multi-family dwellings and each non-contracted business and shall forward a statement of such charges in its statement for water and sewage services. All fees collected shall be deposited in the Treasury for the administration, operation and maintenance of solid waste collection and disposal projects. This revenue will be collected into the General Fund for the purpose of trash removal cost.
