381.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the term "taxicab" as used herein means a vehicle constructed to carry not over five passengers for hire.
   The provisions of this Chapter shall be applicable to all taxicabs whose principal place of business are within the territorial limits of the City of Bucyrus.
