No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway, alley or upon a city owned or operated parking lot for the principal purpose of:
(a) Displaying such vehicle for sale;
(b) Displaying of any signs or other communication devices to advertise any product or services or any political candidate, political issue, or party;
(c) Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency. (Ord. 38-96. Passed 5-7-96.)
