(a) A right turn on red is prohibited at the following locations in the City:
(1) On South Sandusky Avenue southbound at Charles Street;
(2) On North Sandusky Avenue northbound at Perry Street;
(3) On Marion Road westbound at Beal Avenue;
(4) On East Lucas Street eastbound at Hopley Avenue;
(5) On Hopley Avenue southbound at East Lucas Street;
(6) On East Mansfield Street eastbound at Whetstone Street;
(7) On Stetzer Road/East Mansfield intersection (Wal Mart light).
(b) The Public Service-Safety Director shall erect only those authorized traffic control signals and devices as are necessary to regulate, warn or guide traffic in accordance with the provisions of this section.
