Any person, firm or corporation which operates or has control of any parking lot with an exit, or exits onto a designated one-way street or alley, shall erect signs at each exit to indicate the proper turn for motor vehicles to enter a one-way street or alley, re. no left turn, right turn only. Signs shall be of appropriate height and size and have the written approval of the Public Service-Safety Director of the City.
