137.01 ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION.

There is hereby established an Airport Commission which shall consist of five members. Two shall be appointed by the Mayor, one member shall be appointed by Council, one member shall be appointed by the Bucyrus Area Chamber of Commerce and one member shall be appointed by the remaining four Commission members.
