135.03 POWERS OF FIRE CHIEF.

The Fire Chief shall have exclusive control of the stationing and transfer of all employees of the Fire Department under the rules and regulations prescribed by the Service-Safety Director, subject to the limitations contained in Section 135.02 herein.
