135.02 CONTROL BY SERVICE-SAFETY DIRECTOR.

The Service-Safety Director shall have exclusive control and management of all employees of the Fire Department and may establish rules and regulations to further efficient operation of the Department, save and except minimum staffing of the Fire Department shall not be reduced below six members of the collective bargaining unit.
