129.04 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.

(a) The purposes of this division is to protect the emergency services of the Police and Fire Departments from misuse by responding to defective alarm systems and excessive false alarms.

(b) This division governs and regulates alarm systems and alarm users. It establishes fees and provides penalties for violations and penalties for excessive false alarms.
