111.10 PERMISSION REQUIRED FOR LEAVING SESSION.

No member of Council, or any City Official seated within the Council Chambers railing shall be permitted to leave Council or Committee meetings while in session, without permission from the presiding member. (Ord. 22-2020. Passed 9-1-20.)
