111.06 FLOOR PRIVILEGE FOR CERTAIN OFFICERS.

The Mayor, the Director of Public Service-Safety, Auditor, and the Law Director shall be entitled to any of the privileges of the floor at all times for the purpose of speaking upon any question pertaining to their respective departments.
