(a) All regular meetings of Council shall be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m.
(b) A Joint Regular Council Committee meeting shall be held at 6 p.m. on the Thursday immediately following the regularly scheduled Council meeting. The Joint Regular Council Committee meeting shall include all standing Committees- Economic Development, Finance, Health & Safety, Platting, Public Lands & Buildings, and Service. The Committee meetings are open to the public and for discussion on any topic per regular Council rules.
