1333.14 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PLANS (O&M PLANS).
   The O&M Plan must be a stand-alone document containing the following:
   (a)    Designation of the entity associated with providing BMP inspection and maintenance.
   (b)    Routine and non-routine maintenance tasks to be undertaken.
   (c)    Schedule for inspection and maintenance tasks.
   (d)    Proof of any necessary legally binding maintenance easements and agreements that are necessary to properly inspect and maintain the BMP(s).
   (e)    Map showing the location of the BMP(s) that are indicated on the City approved stormwater management plan and any necessary access and maintenance easements.
   (f)    Detailed BMP drawings and inspection and maintenance procedures.
   (g)    Ensure that the collected pollutants resulting from the BMP maintenance activities are disposed of in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines.
   (h)    An Inspection and Maintenance Agreement made between the property owner and the City ensuring that the BMP(s) shall be properly inspected and maintained.
