The City Engineering and Zoning Department shall review the submittal within thirty (30) days of receipt and indicate their approval or disapproval to the person who filed the plan. Indication of disapproval shall include the plan deficiencies and the procedure for filing a revised plan. Pending preparation and approval of a revised plan, earth-disturbing activities shall not be allowed until the deficiencies have been property addressed and an acceptable plan has been filed and approved.
During the plan review, the City Engineering and Zoning Department may request recommendations pertaining to the proposed plan from the Crawford County Soil and Water Conservation District, and the City Planning Commission. The City Engineering and Zoning Department shall be responsible for review and approval of all hydrological and runoff calculations as well as design and construction inspection for all stormwater management facilities.
