1159.05 CONDITIONAL USES.
   (a)   Animal boarding facilities.
   (b)   Animal hospitals or clinics.
   (c)   Churches and/or similar facilities for public assembly, provided the primary assembly area has a capacity of not more than 400 persons.
   (d)   Cemeteries.
