927.01 CREATION OF STORMWATER UTILITY.

There is hereby established a stormwater utility to be responsible for the operation, construction, maintenance and repair of stormwater facilities; stormwater system planning; and lake and river quality management. (Ord. 62-2000. Passed 8-8-00.)
