923.16 CONNECTION TO EXISTING SANITARY LATERALS.

Any person wishing to use an existing Sanitary Sewer Lateral shall prove to the Service- Safety Director, or his designate, the exact location and condition of the lateral. The Service-Safety Director, or his designate, shall determine if the lateral is usable.
