The Public Service-Safety Director is hereby authorized and directed to post copies of the rules and regulations set forth in Chapter 919 in a prominent place in the vicinity of the boat launching area of all four reservoirs, and he is further directed to inspect these notice locations from time to time to assure himself that such rules and regulations continue to be posted in a legible and readable condition.
