919.02 BOATING RULES.
   Boating on Bucyrus City Reservoirs No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 (Riley) and Outhwaite Reservoir except for test watercraft, shall be governed and regulated as follows:
   (a)   All boats shall be of the type authorized under the laws of the State and must be duly licensed pursuant to the laws of the State.
   (b)   All boats shall be operated pursuant to the operation and safety laws and rules provided by the State.
   (c)   All boats must carry lights as provided by the laws of the State.
   (d)   No boats shall make a wake behind.
   (e)   All boats must be launched and removed at the places provided for such purposes by the City or by the State.
   (f)   No spare gasoline cans shall be carried on board any boat.
   (g)   None of the restrictions contained herein shall apply so far as either City or State employees are concerned while engaged in the course of carrying out their respective official duties.
   (h)   No water skiing shall be permitted at any time.
   (i)   No wave runners or wave hoppers shall be permitted.
   (j)   No beer, intoxicating liquor or drug of abuse shall be carried on board.
