915.14 FREE UTILITY SERVICE FOR CITY-OWNED AND OPERATED PLANTS.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 743.27, the City shall furnish free of charge, water, storm water utility, sewer and solid waste utilities, when used for municipal purposes by plants owned and operated by the City. (Ord. 31-2003. Passed 9-16-03.)
