(a) Voluntary temporary water service shut-off and reconnection service shall be available to a water user upon written request. The fee for a requested voluntary temporary water service shut-off or a reconnection of service shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) for each round trip.

(b) A minimum advance written notice on the part of the water user requesting a reconnection of service shall be required following a voluntary temporary service shut-off .

(c) The fee for a new meter installation shall be one hundred ninety-seven dollars and fifty cents ($197.50).
(d) The fee for a new radio unit installation shall be one hundred twenty-one dollars ($121.00).
