913.04 RESPONSIBILITY FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF LINES.

The property owner shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the service line from the curb box to his premises. The City shall maintain the service line between the water main and the curb box. (Ord. 2778. Passed 6-16-64.)
