Property owners or their authorized agents who desire service connections from the water main to the curb box shall make application for such service line at the Water Department, and pay a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00). However, if such service line exceeds forty feet or the tap is larger than three-fourths of an inch, an additional charge shall be made to cover the cost of extra materials and labor as determined by the Water Superintendent.
