In the event of approval of the easement by the Planning Commission, the applicant will submit his/her request to the Traffic Commission for their recommendation. Once the Traffic Commission has made its recommendation the matter will be submitted to the Platting Committee of City Council for final determination and for decision of Council as a Whole.
