Once an application for an easement is established, the Planning Commission must recommend approval or denial of the application. In the event of a denial, the Planning Commission shall provide a written response to applicant to explain its denial. Once the plan is submitted to the Planning Commission and has been denied, an applicant can request a review of the decision by the Platting Committee.
