911.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purposes of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   (a)   Limited Access Street. A "limited access street" is a street especially designed for through traffic, over which abutters have no easement or right to access by reason of the fact that their property abuts upon such street. Access may be allowed only after the approval of the legislative authority granting such an easement.
