905.01 WRITTEN NOTICE.

Upon decision by resolution of Council that certain specified sidewalks shall be constructed or repaired, the Clerk shall cause a written notice of the passage of such resolution to be served upon the owner or agent of the owner as set forth in Ohio R.C. 729.03.
