903.06 DEPOSIT REFUND.
   In the event the permittee or his agent desires to replace and restore the pavement surface to its original condition, the deposit shall be returned to the permittee only after the work is completed to the full satisfaction of the Service-Safety Director and according to City plans and specifications. When the City replaces and restores the pavement surface to its original condition, a charge shall be deducted from the required deposit to cover the cost of all materials and work done. The balance of the deposit shall be returned to the permittee after completion of the work by the City. (Ord. 2778. Passed 6-16-64.)
